      Dr.QingSheng Wang graduated from Russian St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, workes as visiting professor at Harbin Institute of Technology. He specialized in area of Study and Analysis of Thermoelectric and Chemical Properties of Materials, Development of High Level Cathode Materials for Polymer Lithium-ion Batteries and Study on High Temperature Spheroidization and Surface Treatment Modification of Materials. He devote to researches, such as Porous Polymer Lithium Ion Battery System Technology, Structure Design Technology of Collector in Vitro, Porous Electrode Composite Technology etc. He’s the first innovator of applying for Preparation of Porous Polymer Lithium Ion Battery by Organic Inorganic Composite Membrane and Phase Separation Technology in nation. He organized a team member to research on 3D printing Alloy Materials, Shell Material for Deep Submersible and High Energy Cathode Materials. He has presided over numerous projects from National 863 Plan, National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Science and Technology. He cooperated with Russian St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University to establish China-Russian Technological Center and Academician Workstation,and set up Dissertation Laboratory collaborated with German ZOZ, Austrian Stard,  Nanyang Technological University. He got gold prize of Extraction Method and Special Equipment for Polymer Lithium Ion Power Battery.

Theory is the foundation of scientific research, the more profound and solid theoretical foundation, the more knowledge and literature reserve,the more thinking open, then we can continue to find scientific issues, thus exploit new fields. New fields need to be validated by experiments, through rigorous and precise experiment can guide the development of theory.
        Second ,the combination of personally tested and independent thinking. Important experiments must be personally verified, to ensure that the results are objective and true. Independent thinking plus careful analysis and comparison, is the key to open the key of scientific research.

    In recent 15 years, Senior Manager Xinghua Li has presided over  numerous projects from China Meteorological Administration, Department of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology, Inner Mongolia Meteorological Administration, participated in 20 projects, and among one of achievement was adopted by league city.

    He published more than 40 papers, and one of them ranked top 20 in the field of Biomedical at library in University of Minnesota. He took part in editing 5 publications.

    He started researching on Energy meteorology and environmental meteorology from 2014.Now, he undertakes projects of Evaluation technical method of Inner Mongolia wind farm and Integration and Application of Air Quality Forecast Technology in Inner Mongolia.

    I once worked in a railway enterprise for five years and possess a certain practical work experience. I gained my master degree from Southwest Jiaotong University and doctor degree from Central South University. I have devoted myself to studying and researching traffic topic for near twenty years and gained a great deal of exciting achievement.

    One of the main fields I focus on is optimization of railway transportation. In order to improve the efficiency of railway transportation, with the help of mathematics and operational research, the complex logical relationship among elements of railway management could be transformed into some certain mathematical models. The existing or designed algorithm could be used to resolve them.

    Another concentrated field is optimization of integrated transportation. The research is executed to improve the capacity of transportation passageway and the ability of market competition with other transportation modes.

    Some up-to-date topics in traffic are also belonging to my research scope.

    Zhigang Liu received his Ph.D. of Electrical Engineering in 2003. He became a full professor of Southwest Jiaotong University in 2006, and was a visiting scholar of University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009-2010. He takes charge of National Natural Science High-speed Railway Joint Foundation Key Project of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Sub-project of National 863 Program of China, Sub-project of National Science and Technology Support Program of China, Sichuan Province Youth Science and Technology Innovation Research Team, Fok Ying-Tong Education Funding of Education Ministry, Railway Ministry Science and Technology Research and Development Program, and Youth Science and Technology Funding of Sichuan Province, etc. He has published more than 160 SCI and EI papers, and published an academic book in Chinese and two academic books in English. His awards and honors include New Century Excellent Talent Project of China Education Ministry, Academic and Technology Leader in Sichuan Province, Youth Science Technology Prize of Sichuan Province, and Leader of Sichuan Province Youth Science and Technology Innovation Team, etc. He is an IEEE Senior Member, IET Member, and reviewer of more than 60 journals.

    Mr. Bao Longsheng was born in June, 1971 and is a professor, doctor, supervisor of a Ph.D. student  and the leader of the instructor team for post doctors majored in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering at Department of Civil Engineering with his current position as the vice-president of Jiaotong College. Mr. Bao graduated from Shenyang Architecture and Civil Engineering University with a Bachelors Degree in Highway and Urban Roads Construction and was honored as the “Top 1000 Elites” in “Liaoning Talents Project” in 2009 and was successively awarded the title of Advanced Worker and Outstanding Teacher of the School.  

    He has been working on scientific research and teaching in the filed of road and bridge construction since 1995 with main focuses on: (1) bridge construction control and project risk analysis; (2) bridge detection and reinforcing; (3) fundamental theories of bridge constructions and bridge landscape design; (4) analysis on the performance of new road construction materials; (5) study on the application of industrial residue in road engineering, etc. He has published more than 80 academic theses, among which more than 20 have been recorded by SCI, EI and ISTP.

    Besides, he has compiled two textbooks and held more than 20 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Fund Project, Science and Technology Key Project developed by the Ministry of Construction and Scientific and Technological Projects developed by the Education Department of Liaoning Province. At the same time, Mr. Bao has also undertaken more than 30 crosswise projects and his total project appropriation have reached more than 4,000,000 Yuan.

    His research achievement Treatment Technology of Soft Soil Roadbed has been applied widely at Yingkou, Liaoning Province with total economic benefits of more than 300,000,000 Yuan. Another outstanding research result The Application of Sea Removed Dust in Pavement Base Construction has been favorably received along the Yingkou Costal Industrial Base. As the sea removed dust is without any costs, the finding has helped save 180,000,000 Yuan for the road construction of the industrial base and these two findings are still popularized and further applied by other areas, generating huge economic and social benefits. Mr. Bao has been awarded four Third Prizes in Provincial Award for Scientific and Technological Advancement; two First Prizes in Local Award for Scientific and Technological Advancement; two First Prizes in Award for Natural Science Outstanding Academic Achievements; and a Third Prize in Cathay Award issued by the Ministry of Construction. Besides, he endeavors his life in cultivating more than 50 postgraduates within various fields.

    Brief introduction of research:



    Mingyi Wang is an associate professor from School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST). He received his doctorate degree of Mechanical Design & Theory in June, 2010 at South China University of Technology (SCUT). From October 2008 to October 2009, he was funded by the Chinese government to study as a co-training doctoral student at Microcellular Plastics Manufacturing Laboratory, Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto.

    After graduation, he first worked at Zhengzhou University of Light Industry for more than four years. In March 2015, he changed his job to ECUST. He was promoted to associate professor in November 2012. Dr Wang’s main research interests concentrate on macromolecule material processing and equipment, microcellular foaming of polymer materials; plastic molding process and mold design. He is a senior member of Chinese Materials Research Society. He has conducted more than 10 research projects regarding advanced processing techniques of polymeric materials, ceramic materials and metallic materials as the principal investigator or main participant. He is also the author or co-author of more than 40 academic papers. As a main participant, he was awarded one second prize for Science & Technology Development of Henan Province, China, and two first prizes for Science & Technology Development of Educational Department of Henan Province, China.
